4. Account and Subscription Cancellation

5. Exceptions

There is a 60-day window from the purchase date to request a refund on the subscription service under the following timeframe and eligibility: Refund requests must be submitted within 60 calendar days from the original purchase date. Requests submitted after this period will not be eligible for a refund. To qualify for a refund, the digital product must not have been significantly used, downloaded, or consumed.
