"What Was Emotional Is Now Statistical"
We talk about the scale, emotions, journaling, affirmations & actions! If you're just starting out or have been in Shelley's Club a while, this is a good session for newbies as well as veterans that have had success, and now simply want to repeat what has worked for them. This covers a few of the basics of the process - getting on that scale, detaching emotionally from it, what to write in your journal, affirming yourself, and writing down your action plan for this week.
"Starting Out And The Heart Needs Healed"
You're not alone if you feel wounded. If you feel wounded, you are wounded. There's no shame in recognizing you need to heal. One brand new Shelley's Club member shares her wise decision to position herself among people of support and create a support system for herself to help her do just that - heal her heart. This session speaks to her and to anyone else just starting out in understanding how to begin this process.
"Believe You Can With Can-Do Action"
I said to myself for years, "I can't lose weight." And because I said that, guess what? I couldn't lose weight. But then I was transformed and now anytime I gain a few pounds and need to lose a few pounds again, I immediately know and say to myself, "I CAN!" "I can lose weight! That's no problem!" This is followed with action on my part to manifest my belief. And I lose weight each and every time. What you believe, know, and feel will determine your decisions/behavior and so, you will always manifest your beliefs whether you are aware of it or not. Become aware, purposeful and powerful by creating and writing out your beliefs, your intentions, and your goals. With investing time and work, your actions will accomplish any thing and every thing you want to accomplish!
"Do This Anytime As Perfection Not Required"
You don't need to do it all or have it all figured out before you begin. In today's session, I spoke with a Shelley's Club Member who was having trouble with "just doing it". We discussed what blocks people from "just doing it", and simply just getting started. Many times it's perfectionism, this desire to "have all your ducks in a row", have it all figured out, an all or nothing mentality, that keeps you stuck because you feel when you do it, you must be perfect at doing it. Listen as I help her understand she can "do it" right now with no perfection required. You don't need to wait till Monday at 9 a.m. You can do it anytime, and you can get started right now. No matter what time it is. Yes, it can be 12:30 Friday afternoon and you can start to put this process into practice and see the results you desire. In today's session, we talked about Step 7. Grace. Perfection Not Required.
"Trust Is The Key To Being Teachable"
"Trust is the Key to Being Teachable!" What I have discovered in all my years of coaching, and why most all of my clients have success, is this - their success comes from the one thing they bring with them when they start - trust. They trust me. They trust the truth. They trust the process. Because of this trust, they can receive it, they can receive what I'm teaching. This makes them teachable and coach-able. They are able to receive new ideas and new practices through trust, which creates change in their hearts and minds, and they're able to adapt. They are able to make changes and adapt to new thought processes and new habits. Trust is the key to being teachable and the only thing you need to begin losing weight!

Weight gain is like quick sand and losing weight is like climbing a mountain. So in this process, we're first going to get you out of quicksand and then help you climb a mountain! There are a number of principles to keep in mind as you realize exactly what it is you're doing, the feat you are accomplishing and the progress you are going to be making! Listen to this session about getting started in the process, getting out of quicksand, to understanding the trail on the mountain you will be climbing. You will be protecting your body!

Great encouragement from a returning client to a new client about how powerful this process is, why it really works, and how happy they both are to be on this weight loss journey. We talk about other programs and why they are not as empowering, and even some that are publicly humiliating. "Two New Members and Ask Me Anything"
A session to talk about the magic of the process with two new members and one veteran member, Keena, who has lost 56 lbs! We discuss how simple and how practical the process is, in addition to how deep and meaningful it is. We discuss other programs, understanding the scale, not being afraid of it, and approaching this from the inside out with the emotional and mental components. It's about feeling beautiful and creating an internal transformation through the removal of judgment and restoration of LOVE. It's about understanding the four things LOVE does - LOVE cares, comforts, provides and protects. The end of this session is powerful as we discuss calories, nutrition, weight loss and the power of real connection and LOVE.
