Are You a Stress Eater?
I have so many women tell me they are an emotional and/or stress eater. To which I always reply, "Yeah. So am I. Always have been, still am, and always will be."
I don't even like the phrases "emotional eater" or "stress eater" because it implies there is something psychologically wrong with you.
Like... "Oh I am such a weak person mentally that I just cannot cope, so I turn to food."
And that's simply not true.
You are not weak and there is nothing psychologically wrong with you.
An increased appetite for food is controlled by the brain.
It's simple science. And it's natural.
You didn't do it. It's not a weakness. It's not a problem.
In 4 and 1/2 minutes, you will understand that there is nothing wrong with you.
