Thank You For Remembering...

This is audio from a real coaching session - the client's name and the client's responses are edited out to protect her privacy. Right after I realized she was crying, I said "You're crying...."

She said "Yes, I'm crying. Thank you. Thank you for remembering. Thank you for remembering everything I've told you in the past." This is one of the golden nuggets to personalized one-on-one coaching.  We do remember everything you've told us in the past.  We remember and we honor everything about you.
